Highland Park
Highland Park is a mini-neighbourhood of Westboro, with large luxury homes closer to Richmond Road. Here you will find two prominent schools, Nepean High School and Notre Dame High School, and Westboro Kiwanis Park, with tennis court, wading pool and sports field. Dovercourt Recreation Center houses your local swimming pool.
McKellar Park
McKellar Park is a mini-neighbourhood of Westboro with McKellar Park at its heart. The McKellar Park Community Association holds a Fall Festival at the park and other community activities. It is a quick trip anywhere in the city from this neighbourhood, with proximity to the Queensway, the new Kichi Zibi LRT stop, shopping and bike and walking paths.
Carlingwood
Carlingwood is a mini-neighbourhood just west of Westboro, with the Carlingwood Shopping Centre as a truly one-stop shopping destination for the area. Carlingwood is home to two parks, Westwood and Woodroffe, the latter of which boasts an annual outdoor hockey rink. Carlingwood is also the home to the new Sherbourne LRT stop, providing more rapid access to Britannia Park to the west and Parliament Hill to the east.
