Todd helped us find our first home. He was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process, he really cared about us, understood our needs from the very first showing and even gave us ideas on how to better utilize the space. Todd explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from making the offer, to working with the mortgage banker. His advice and support through the process was invaluable. He was polite, available, friendly, knowledgable and very informative. We could not have done it without him. To anyone looking for an agent whether to sell or buy a home. I highly recommend Todd.
